double room in a friendly, cat liking household. (£300 pcm)
a double room in charlton, very close to local shops and most local buses and train station.
rent is £300 plus council tax and water, electric, internet bills which are not that much as every 3 months.
2 other housemates (one male one female both are smokers but only in the garden))plus 2 cats. In a house with a large front room and kitchen, which has everything you need.the bathroom has a bath/shower. The bedroom has a large bed and built in wardboard and a spare warddrobe/cupboard just out side your room.the room also has aold fashioned fireplace and your allowed to decorate it within reason.at the moment it is white with one light purple wall.
