We have a beautiful attic double bedroom available in 2-bed Victorian flat in quiet, friendly tree-lined street.

This room includes a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, and clothes rails. It has a separate alcove area which is perfect for a walk-in wardrobe!

Rent includes all utility bills, council tax, wireless broadband and Sky+ and a cleaner.

The flat has a very friendly and cosy feel – lovely kitchen overlooking green space with views of Alexandra Palace; large sitting room and separate bathroom and loo. Free parking on the street outside.

We are 8-10 mins walk from Crouch End which has lots of nice shops, supermarkets – Budgens, M&S, Tesco and Waitrose – greengrocers, butchers, bars, pubs and cafes. Also several gyms.

The W3 bus stop to Finsbury Park (Vic and Pic lines) and the 144 to Turnpike Lane (Pic Line) is just one minute walk from the flat. Good local pubs and restaurants on Hornsey High Street and in Muswell Hill (both close to the flat). The Victoria Stakes at the bottom of Muswell Hill is our local.

You would be sharing with a friendly, easy going couple (late 20s) who like travelling and cooking, eating and drinking, one of whom works away from home during the week. Don’t worry we’re not the type to spend the evening entwined in each others arms on the sofa!

We are looking for a female of similar age, in full time employment. We are respectful people and clean up after ourselves – and would hope that you would do to. Friends are welcome to come over but this is not a ‘party flat.’
