Pub-Restaurant in Kew looking for a new team member

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to work closely with the General Manager to produce innovative & seasonal menus using quality fresh ingredients.
You will be writing menus and source ingredients from reputable suppliers as you wish.To contribute their input on the Kitchen designs and layout of operation.
The ideal candidate will be hands on and strive to establish a professional brigade.
You will have had at least 2 years experience in a similar level in a quality, produce led operation with expertise in all sections.
You will also have proven people & kitchen management skills including GP margins, staff development and heath & hygiene.
The role is a great platform for a head chef to make their mark. Salary starts at 22k plus bonus.
