We are a small creative studio with 3/4 permanent designers based just off Highgate Highstreet, N6.

Would suit creative professional (in design/architecture/admin/arts/events) wanting to work in a design studio alongside a design team.

- Double glass and aluminium design desks, with power points for your computer etc.

- Main studio is 8 metres X 6 metres (with heating & air con).

- Studio also has: kitchen (with sink, microwave, and toaster), and a bathroom.

- Plenty of storage space.

- Weekly cleaner.

- Great location in Highgate Village: Archway tube station on Northern Line is just down the hill and 24hr buses stop 20m away. Around the corner we have Costa & Nero coffee shops, a good deli, restaurants and a Tesco Metro.

- Other facilities available (We have a cutting and mounting room: cutting mats and equipment with spray booth. And there is a separate telephone line that can be used, and colour printers, a photocopier and a laminator machine, and meeting table/area. Requirements/use, to be discussed).

- The rental price is £50 per desk, per week. (2 desks available: price negotiable if 1 person takes both spaces)..
