Reservations staff required by one of our favourite companies we recruit for - fun and busy role, lots of responsibility, great training, genuine career opportunities and a low turnover of staff.

Your role will involve working closely with the travel industry ,handling enquiries from overseas and UK based tour operators, wholesalers, conference and event companies, travel agents and airlines - booking group services in the UK. You will be negotiating with suppliers, handling all aspects of reservations, going out to see the products you are booking, being trained on ever changing products (restaurants, theatres, attractions, events) .

We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months reservations experience in a call centre environment or a central reservations office, ability to work as part of a team, a lively personality, great phone manner, proven organisational and administration skills and a genuine desire to work in tourism. Fluency in English required - any other European language useful .
Salary £16,000 - £ 18,000
