Enthusiatic and committed couple sought to manage a high quality WTB 4* self catering operation in Snowdonia National Park. You will be responsible for running all aspects of the business (sales & bookings will initially be managed for you). Between you, you will have experience of hands-on guest management, catering and property management ideally including building work, be computer literate, be enthusiatic about maintaining historic properties including gardens and grounds, be capable of simple accounting, be 100% reliable and trustworthy. Much of the work will be hands on with you actually doing it supported by a small team of cleaners who you will have to hire and maintain. There is also a small Caravan Club Certificated Location to run.

Salary offered for a couple is £25k with a bonus amounting to 10% of the net profit and basic accommodation is provided rent free in the form of a two bedroom cottage on site. An early job will be to improve the quality of this accommodation.
