We have a lovely 2 bedroom ground floor flat. Smaller bedroom is a double (on the picture). Master bedroom is much bigger. Very good size living room, plenty of storage, separate bathroom and toilet, good size fitted kitchen. We have real oak floors, carpets in bedrooms and laminate in the kitchen, (all new fitted). Power shower, reserve hot water boiler and gas heating. We have a small front garden and side garden which is not really in use but can be mended.
We have a garage nearby. It is a City of London council with a right to buy.
It is in the quiet area, opposite 24h ASDA walking distance to TESCO, PC World, Argos, Currys, Halfords, B&Q, and many others. Buses from the main road go in 25min to Oxford Street and 15min to Lewisham Center.
We need a bigger space ideally with a private garden.
