DYNAMIC TEAM LEADER REQUIRED FOR A BUZZING SALES TEAM, IMMEDIATE START,



Manage a team of 5- 15 service professionals in a fast-paced and vibrant call centre.
Based in the heart of Richmond situated 2 minutes from the station, major bus terminal, pubs, shops and restaurants.

You will ultimately be responsible for:
- The creation and maintenance of an outstanding calling team.
-Boosting morale and motivation through maintaining close relationships with your
(Service professional) SP
-Monitor and analyse, carryout and report trends.
-Coaching and training through careful attention to quality of performance of each SP.
-Report to Project Management Team and Recruitment Team to support SP selection.
-Maintain quality measurements and standards; ensuring SP's have an up to date and
comprehensive level of product knowledge.

You need to be available from 8-10pm Monday through to Sunday (Standard 40 hour shift).
Salary will be dependent on experience.

Successful applicants will have:
- Ideally 2 years telesales management experience in an outsourced call centre environment
-Client management experience
-Positive and energetic; proven track record in motivation techniques
-Strong people management skills.
