Genuine and unique opportunity, New Family Martial Arts and Dance Centre in Hayes, Middlesex is looking for motivated people, age no barrier to take on the role of Trainee Dance Manager. No management experience required. The successful applicants will be trained in all aspects of the business with the aim of preparing them for a management position. Training will cover: -Sales techniques -Advertising and Promotional Activities -Marketing Strategy -Team and Personnel Development.

The role involves giving away FREE Dance Lessons to the general public and introducing our services.
You should have the desire to work in a challenging environment and are able to work with a high degree of autonomy. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.

Your duties will include:
Achieving set sales targets
Follow up appointments
Promoting sales actively in and out of club
Teach Dance

You should possess
Excellent communication skills -Excellent organisational skills -Ability to work on their own initiative and to identify objectives -Career minded, ambitious and energetic

Dance experience essential
