We are an independent estate agency located in the busy Islington area and we are actively seeking a sales and lettings negotiator to join our friendly team.

The ideal candidate will be both motivated and enthusiastic and enjoy working within a target driven environment, possess good communication and customer service skills and have a smart and presentable appearance. No experience necessary but some sales or customer service background would be advantageous.

You will be expected to register both sales and lettings applicants, carry out viewings, negotiate between parties, increase client base and generally assist in the smooth running of the office. After some training you will also be expected to carry out valuations.

We offer a basic salary, good commission structure including bonuses and car allowance (own car essential).
