Fed up of the one size fits all approach ? Alcoholics Anonymous is a complete failure with relapse after relapse.
I tried to stop drinking for years but all i could find was 12 step recovery treatment or the gloomy rooms of A/A.
I came across http://rational.org and never looked back, it's amazing how easy it's been to stop once i realised that it was up to me and not counselling or recovery groups.

Click on the "recover now" on the home page and read the bullets section ,that's all i have done on that site, i never got the book or anything it's all been free.
