1 bed split level flat. on the 1st/top floor (20 steps to flat) no one above. has RTB, GSH, DG. big bedroom we have king size bed, fitted wardrobes and chests units. living room is a good size. bathroom has electric shower. there is a big storage cupboard by the front door and another big cupboard next to the kitchen. i use it as a big larder and for storage. the kitchen is due to be redone in the new year. outside the front door you have own use of a good size shed. no own use of space there is a large space outside the front door where we have loads of plants and sit out in the summer. there is also a pretty communal garden and a dog walk garden. entery system is being redone to the new fancy kind. it's on a small quiet low rise estate, dont be put off as there's only 4 buildings, ours plus 3 rows of houses.it takes less then 1 min to walk from one side to the other. you enter our masionettes via the main road. close to trains, tube and buses within 2 to 15mins away. close to hospitals and shops. very close to camdon, ketish town, kings cross.
