Experienced Tutors Needed Urgently
A very good school with outstanding features in Central London is looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking freelance tutors to join them in November/December/January Intakes for the following subjects

Computer Science
Business
Marketing
Human Resource Management

Accounting and Finance
General Requirements:
• Tutors must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or equivalent
• Experience of teaching a large group/class of people
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at higher education level and at Universities
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the subject area
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Good team worker
• Able to use own initiatives, work independently
• Organized and dedicated to academic success
• Ability to produce reports
• Ability to work well with wide range of age groups from diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Ability to work well in a team
• Work independently as needed within established guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills,
• Communicate effectively with all staff and customers
• Capable of writing in a clear, concise manner
• Be flexible in responding to frequent change
• Responsible, dependable, honest, and mature.
• Friendly, patient, and sensitive to a diversity of students.
Responsibilities
• Be punctual for all scheduled tutoring sessions.
• Work with a core syllabus, programme outline and learning outcome. Ensure that your style or teaching, mode used and other strategies you adopt are consistent for the purpose of achieving programme objectives
• Plan and prepare relevant teaching materials
• To take part in any training arranged by the college.
• Keep yourself up-to-date on college matters especially in matters relating to your own role and responsibilities
• Set and mark assignments, invigilate examinations
• Complete and hand in all required paperwork including students attendance, quality assurance documents, students evaluation forms.
• Review class materials, discussing and agreeing changes to approved teaching materials
• Prepare periodic report for the College
• Collaborate with other teaching staff in all matters relating to quality assurance, making contributions towards overall improvement of College work
• Responsible for supporting students to meet their general welfare needs
• Get to know the students and to maintain an atmosphere that will encourage them towards academic progress
• Report any serious incidents to the college authority
• Attend any mandatory staff meetings or training sessions conducted by the College
• Observe an Advanced Tutor, and or be observed by another Tutor if requested by the College
• Mentor new tutors if so directed by the College
• Assist in the planning and execution of training seminars.
• Meet with the College Authorities and other tutors regularly to identify problems and brainstorm solutions
• Any other responsibilities that are consistent to this role
