Small double room available 18th Nov, £368 pcm, inclusive of council tax, water, gas, electricity. TV License an extra £12 a month (approx). The room has a double bed in it, wardrobe, storage cupboard. The room is for one person only, overnight guests are welcome but as previously mentioned, the place is small so we would prefer it not to be too regularly.

You will be sharing the flat with 1 Irish guy and 1 Italian guy both in our 20s and in professional jobs. You must be full time employed with references. You will need to have 1 month’s rent and pay one month in advance.

The flat itself is quite ‘quirky’ and is situated above a pub but it’s very quiet and you never hear a thing. It consists of 3 bedrooms in total, kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, central heating. There are several laundrettes across the road if you need a dryer. We have a terrace which is great in the summer which gets good use, knocking back a few beers after work. Smokers are welcome but strictly outside on the terrace only. No pets.

Good transport links with bus stop right outside, 10 min walk to Kilburn Tube Station. We are surrounded by many pubs, restaurants, take out, Somerfield, Iceland, B&Q, Argos, Post Office, Banks – all only a few mins walk away.
