Hi, two of my flat mates are moving out so I'm looking for two brand new relaxed, tidy, reliable but fun professionals to share a friendly flat. This ad is for the double room which is 3.4 x 3.5 meters.

This recently renovated first floor flat is situated on Mellison Road. A quiet residential road, yet brilliantly located less than 5 minutes away from Tooting High Street and Tooting Broadway Tube station. Nearby amenities include a large Sainsbury’s, Boots, numerous shops and restaurants, and a local leisure centre.

The flat has two double bedrooms and one single. It is bright, spacious and excellently maintained with all modern appliances (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, high speed internet) and wooden flooring throughout.

You'll be replacing one of two female flat mates who have recently moved out. Hence, the room still has a bit of a feminine touch.

I'm a 39 year old (male) IT professional and work in the city. You'll be joining me in a six month contract which can be extended to one year. Please no couples.
