Le Bistro is a very long established French restaurant/bistro (50 covers) in Crouch End North London. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the best seasonal produce at the best possible price.
Our creative cuisine, our ambience, our very retro decor, our front of house experience, and excellent wine list ( Mostly natural and organic wines from very small producers) make Le Bistro a very unique place in North London. A true "Parisian" experience in London.


We are currently looking for a new head chef.

The ideal candidate will have to be :

# experienced and creative
# passionate about Food and Wine Culture.
# hard working and organized
# able to work within a small team under pressure
# able to work in the UK
# able to work eves and w/e

Meats, game, terrines are essentials to real Bistro cooking. The ideal candidate will have had solid experience in that field. (meat section experience, butcher, charcutier/traiteur etc..)

Le Bistro is open evenings 7/7 only and Sunday lunches.

We are looking for someone to join our team on a long time basis.

Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience. Further involvement will be offered to the right candidate.
