We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our successful team. Working within our unique and fun Twickenham based environment, we want you to drive the future of our organisation.

As a Contact Centre Operative you will:
Effectively manage inbound telephone calls and enthuse customers about Mazda products
Provide an excellent level of Customer Service to Mazda customers and prospects
Accurately update our European database
Find and deliver solutions to a variety of customer issues
Complete all relevant administrative activities in relation to customer queries and the Customer Service Team’s activities
Be able to comply with processes and procedures to ensure that a high standard of service is always achieved
Develop innovative ways to improve the way that we work

What you would bring to the role is:
Must have the ability to handle complaint calls in a calm and efficient manner
Strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
Core experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment
Excellent communication skills, including written communication
Experience of working to Customer Service related targets
Experience of IT systems such as Word, Excel and the Internet
Experience of using Siebel systems would be a benefit
A flexible approach to working in a dedicated team of similar professionals
Accurate data entry skills
Experience with updating database packages
A team player
