Hi!
I’m looking for a room in area of Clapton, London Fields or Hackney.
I’m living in Clapton at the moment,and I’m not so in a rush to leave my room and I’d like idea to find something right for me, because at least for 1 year I hope I won’t move anymore!
I am sociable, friendly, creative and clean person and I’m looking for a nice house with lovely people who can become friends and not just flatmates.
I’m involved in the field of art: I’m working in different art schools and studing as filmaker (http://www.youtube.com/user/migragna2007).
I don’t care if in the room there isn’t any forniture, but it would be nice find a place with a garden or roof tarrace.
Where I’m liveing now I’m paing £300 per month inc bills, so I’m looking for the some rent and I know that in the area is possible find it.
I can share with smokers or non smokers... I don’t mind!
