The cross trainer improves cardivascular fitness and tones the upper and lower body, improves coordination and balance, and burns calories.
It comes with an LSD display with 5 functions; theoretical calorie burn, distance (miles), scan, speed and time.
It has manual resistance, a hand pulse sensor and variable tension.

I have the original user manual and 3 year replacement product cover paid for, and tools to take apart and put together if needed, the only thing missing is the original box.
It's in full working order and perfect condition and has barely been used, my only reason for selling is I unfortunately don't have the space to have a cross trainer at the moment.
It's £90 brand new in argos without the addition replacement product cover.

It is the same as the photo attatched except it's all black.
