Flat has clean bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. There is also a balcony with barbaqueing facilities(mainly in the summer of course!)
Also, lounge is spacious with large TV for good winter entertainment!
Vibe is chilled but we keep the place as clean as we can without being fanatical...
Bills are all organised and paid by one person and all inclusive within rental amount(except gas & electricity bill which comes every 3 months).
Location is great - 5 minute walk from Kilburn High road, Queens park & Kilburn Park tube as well as Overland Train.
We are looking for a mid to late twenties individual(male or female) who will fit into an environment with 2 guys(Kiwi & South African) and a girl(English).
