I am an ITEC qualified therapist, I have previously worked in a Chiropractic clinic, dance studio, and Gym. My clients are Dancers, Sports people, and people with poor posture due to lifestyle.

Swedish Massage:
A gentle and relaxing treatment using circular movement, this treatment stretches and relaxes the muscles, the treatment relieves tension, and increases movement.

Deep Tissue:
Using applied pressure this technique cleanses the toxins from the lymph glands, increased blood circulation is achieved, increased mobility of muscles, and pain and tension is eradicated from the body.
