Dimensions (ADP) supports people with learning difficulties and/or autism to live the life they want. We are a not-for-profit organisation and are the UK's second largest provider of support services for people with learning difficulties and/or autism.
We require part time support workers in Barnet to help 8 people to live independent lives. They enjoy going to the cinema, days out, holidays and engaging with their local community.
We have three 22.5 hour posts available.
Preference given to car drivers.

Essential criteria for this post include:

- One years experience.
- Physically able to support people in wheelchairs with learning and physical disabilities, use hoists and other manual handling equipment (incl. pushing wheelchairs), providing personal and Enteral Feeding etc
- Willingness to support people in wheelchairs out in the community, including using public transport.
- Ability to develop relationships with the people we support.
- You must be flexible in your approach and be able to communicate clearly in various ways.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly on rota’s.
- Commitment to ongoing personal development within social care.

Salary: £16,907.52 per annum pro rata
Hours: Part-Time – 22.5 hours (flexible shifts)
