Developers:
- good understanding of either Java or Ruby on Rails
- very good understanding of OO concepts
- good understanding of web applications
- good understanding of multi-threaded applications
- understanding of real-time and high throughput application development
- basic knowledge of html and javascript
- basic knowledge of unix systems
- basic knowledge of SQL and databases
Support Engineers:
- good understanding of unix systems
- good understanding of networking
- understanding of computer security
- basic knowledge of software development is an advantage
