The house is on a quiet residential street and has all commodities including fully-fitted kitchen, sitting room, back garden with barbecue, wireless broadband, cable TV, bathroom with bath and power shower, etc. Bounds Green Station (Piccadilly line Zone 3) and Bowes Park Station (overground into The City) are less than 5 minute walk away and take you straight into town in less than 30 minutes. We're close to the park and have a nice local pub. Wood Green and Muswell Hill are 10 minutes away. Please note the house is on Queen's Road, and not next to the rail tracks as the map incorrectly shows.

You will be sharing with 1 male and 2 females all 27+ and lovely, with occupations in marketing, languages and charity. We are looking for a friendly and considerate housemate, who will contribute towards keeping our house a nice and peaceful place to live in. We share the house cleaning and like to keep the place tidy. We tend to respect each other's quiet time during the week but are up for a beer or barbecue at weekends.

References and 1 month's deposit required in advance. Minimum stay 6 months.
