I'm a 28 year old woman looking for a room for a month as above. I will be starting a month-long college course in Bayswater, so ideally it would be within 30-40 minutes of there. I was working previously and can supply references etc if required.

I'm clean and tidy, don't smoke and am considerate and friendly. As I'll be studying, I'm not looking for a party place, but would like somewhere friendly where the flatmates like a chat in the evenings/weekends.

Cheaper is obviously better and bills included would make sense.
