Big, spacious, light double room on lovely quiet street with garden (£100 pw)
Lovely south-facing room on quiet tree-lined street. Plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes, and recently repainted a nice peaceful pale green!
House is equally spacious and has two living rooms (one with piano) and a well- loved garden at the back. Fully functioning and furnished with an original oriental twist! (owing to time lived out East). Two other rooms, one lived in by friendly 40 year old landlady, and the other a small spare/office.
Benefit of two train stations at your disposal, and any number of buses.. Streatham Hill station about 7 mins walk (I've timed it, closer to ten if you amble!) and frequent trains to Victoria (15 mins). Also loads of buses down to Brixton (ten mins); and 12 mins walk from Tulse Hill, which gets you into the City and Kings X in about 20 mins.
Rent is £400/month, plus bills (water, elec, TV licence, gas, phone, internet etc which usually come to about £120 each); also option to share house cleaning lady who comes once every two weeks.
Seeking friendly, preferably non-smoking, house-trained house mate; mature student or professional. Character references for landlady available on request!
