Locum physical disability and brain injury Occupational Therapist
Locum Occupational Therapist required for OT team to work with clients with physical disabilities and brain injuries who have complex needs. You will need to provide assistance with areas of daily living for example washing, dressing and transfers. Some clients have very complex needs and often at the advanced stages of their disease including MS, Motor Neuron disease etc.
The OT will be responsible for:
OT assessments
Seating assessments
Manual Handling Risk Assessments
Issuing of equipment including complex specialist equipment.
Housing assessments
Writing care plans for Manual Handling
Assessments for Major adaptations
Provision of major adaptation working with surveyors.
- Leading Rates! Minimum £28+
- Start ASAP! 3 Months Ongoing
