Getting interest for screenplays of films, documentaries or television programmes can be infuriating.

Companies often charge money to train prospective writers to pitch ideas, or simply charge for limited distribution. This should be a free enterprise, for those who wish to get an idea to someone with money who can produce it.

The London Screen Writers Guild is a new format for free distribution. If you have a screen play and would like to display a tantalising plot summary or extract, it is our goal to publish it in a monthly magazine for distribution to film and television production companies. It is our aim to theme each issue by genre or scope of writing.

This being a new initiative, we need several entries before the magazine can be funded by advertisers. Interested producers can broker deals through ourselves acting as managerial mediums taking minimal commission which can be negotiated.
