Rent Supervisor – Temporary Position £15 - £17 West London
To manage Rent Officers, Income Bank Officer and PSL Officer ensuring procedures are properly operated and maintained and that adequate processes and controls are in place. To ensure all rents, payments and reconciliations are recorded accurately and in line with the Finance Team’s deadlines
1. To contribute to, and assist the development of, the Group’s financial strategy.
2. Supervise the rent team on all issues regarding rent reviews, reconciliations, PSL payments & nomination/ management fee invoices.
3. To manage the Rents Officers, Income Bank Officer and PSL Officer and ensure that all deadlines and targets are met. To ensure that they are all recruited, trained, managed, appraised and developed in accordance with internal and statutory procedures, including the Group’s health and safety and equality and diversity policies.
To manage and review the calculation of annual rent increases, ensuring that individual residents are notified and accounts updated accordingly.
