Microsoft Support Engineer
Seeking to recruit a MCSE/MCSA to work in IT Support Company based in central London.
Role:
Provide technical support and assistance via telephone, email, remote and on-site support around Central London
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Design solutions based on client business needs
Manage your own portfolio of small business clients
Technical Requirements & Experience:
MSCE/MSCA qualified; understanding of Macs an advantage
Hands-on experience with Windows 2003 SBS
Installation, security, back up and network experience
Hands-on experience in software and hardware troubleshooting
Minimum of 12 months UK-based commercial experience in IT support role; field experience preferable
Personal Requirements:
Confident, people-friendly, helpful, service-orientated, patient, individual who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and tackle any client issue
Excellent spoken and written English
Good time management skills, able to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
Excellent desk-side and customer-facing skills
