Working in a team of 14 at our luxury 4 Star Rubens Hotel in Victoria, you will work alongside the Head Chef in running the kitchen and developing the junior members of the team.
With an understanding for cost management and the ability to multi-task this is a great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef or a Senior Chef de Partie.
Previous related experience and possession of an Intermediate Food hygiene certificate is essential.
