Double bedroom available from the 17th August for someone (no sharing/ couples) who requires a room on a short term basis (daily/ weekly/ monthly).

The room is an immaculate small double complete with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and full length mirror, sash windows and white decor. It is a modern flat (3 year old) done in Victorian style in keeping with the style of Clapton Square. I have an en-suite in my room so the guest would have their own large bathroom with shower and bath. The bedrooms are carpeted but the rest of the flat has oak flooring. The guest would have full use of kitchen facilities.

I also have a small dog (west highland terrier) who is very friendly (and very cute). The flat is immaculate and well protected as well as very quiet.

The charges would be £25 per night or £140 per week, £580 per month (£50 deposit per week of stay- refundable on final day)

Sharing with one female (and dog!), I work full time, am in my thirties and out quite a lot.

Wireless Broadband and phone line in bedroom. All bills included in rent (with the exception of mobile phone calls)
