Hi,

I'm 26, originally from cambridge but moved to manchester when i was 18 in search of a social life, now moving back down south for work - I'll need to be in the North East London area as I will be travelling to Cambridge a lot (I'm a freelance Acoustician which is incredibly boring but is well paid so please don't judge me by it!)

I've shared for 8 years and I've been acting as landlord for nearly 5 so I've lived with numerous people and I've become quite good at it. I am very clean and tidy in shared spaces and I've learnt how to maintain the delicate balance of communication and privacy to keep a happy house.

I have a gorgeous small shiba inu dog. He's very clean and quiet and doesn't smell and I make sure he's walked and the hairs are hoovered up. If you're a dog lover you're going to LOVE him. Landlords always say no dogs but this one is not destructive or noisy or messy or smelly, he's well trained and well looked after. he prefers girls to boys... i'm not so fussy :)

I'll need a property with a garden for the dog and enough room for a desk for when I need to work at home.. oh and parking for a car. I'd prefer to live with fewer people, a 2 or 3 bedroom house would be ideal.

I can comfortably afford £400-500 pcm but i'm pretty flexible on the price, more so than the area really.

i'm really into good TV (and shit tv really), music (indie, electro, weird plinky plonky) and computers. NOT sports. I'm a "social" smoker... i.e. I only smoke when I drink. I will not be smoking at home - inside OR outside.
