The Energy Centre, located in the heart of Shoreditch, adjoins The Circus Space and is linked directly to Hoxton Square. With access via Pitfield Street, it is situated a short walk from Old Street underground station, it is serviced by numerous bus routes and lies just outside of the Congestion Charge zone.

The newly built Energy Centre comprises of ten private lettable office units, ranging between 190-250 sq. ft, that are aimed towards small up and coming companies with a creative angle. The Unit currently available is 193 sq ft

The units are accessible seven days a week – 09.00-21.00 weekdays and 10.00-18.00 weekends. The units are built over two floors with lift access and are fully accessible.

The Energy Centre has toilets and kitchen facilities. These and the other communal areas are cleaned and maintained regularly.
