Hello, Im hoping to find a gym buddy who trains at nuffield/cannons covent garden.
If you already train there or if your thinking of joining and need a gym bud then get in touch. At the moment im on off peak membership so train at 2pm, i have a few guest passes so if you want to try let me know. Im a 42 year old male not im bad shape, my main goal is to add muscle so doing mostley free weights. I dont mind if your m/f, gay/str8 been training a while or are new to this,as long as we share the same goals....Thanks for reading my ad.
