I practice Holistic Massage, a good balance of bodywork and relaxation that brings benefits for body and mind, enhanicing the whole well being.

Holistic Massage can:
- relieve muscular tension, aches, stiffness, tone the body
- improve circulation and toxins removal, skin elasticity
- relieve mental stress, headache, insomnia, anxiety, bad sleep patterns
- uplift emotions and energy levels.

I also practice On site and Deep tissue massage.

I work at clinics and I do home visits in North and west London
My rates are
£ 45 for 1 hour at Health Clinic
£ 35 for home visits
I offer a discounted first taste 1 hour session for just £ 20 to allow you judge by yourself the quality and benefits of the treatment
