Extremely large double room suitable for couple or two friends. The room is really lovely has lots of natural light and has just been completely redecorated - walls and ceilings have been completely replastered and everything newly painted. Taking pictures this weekend.

No overcrowding-only 4 other house mates and there are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The lounge has also just been redecorated and with two lovely leather sofa's and a big TV, its really comfortable.

People in the house - Bradley from South Africa and Julia also from SA, not sure who will be in the other room as advertising it at the moment (which is again a double room (huge as takes up whole width of house) for one or couple/2 friends - available from 21/11/2009). Very friendly and mature young adults in their mid to late twenties and they both work.

A cleaner visits twice a month to clean the common areas.

Room is fully furnished with new very large double wardrobe, 6 drawer chest, two bedside tables and desk. New orthopeadic Double bed or two single beds will be provided.

Massive kitchen diner and separate communal lounge. Kitchen comes with modern Kitchen appliances, 2 fridge/freezers, Microwave, Toaster/Kettle, Washer Dryer and breakfast table E. T. C. Zone 3 and 6 minutes walk to tube station (15 mins on train to Liverpool Street station). Rent includes gas, water, council tax, SKY TV and wireless internet bills.

Also garden with patio area with table and chairs. House is situated on quiet residential road with free parking. Directly opposite the station you have a supermarket and fitness first gym and various other retail outlets.
