Tattinger Champagne Bar Manager London Vip Event
London Members Restaurant Manager:
Blue Arrow City are currently searching for an exceptional Bar manager to oversee a very ‘up market’ 150 seat bar offering a choice of fine champagnes by the glass and the bottle, with a seasonal Hors d'œuvre/ light supper menu at one of London's most high end royal events.
The manager will be responsible for a busy cash bar (approx £9k a day), a kitchen team and a number of floor staff.
The manager will have a lot of client contact so needs to be extremely smart and professional. They would ideally have high end retail experience, and be accustomed to serving a VIP client.
Dated between Monday 14th December to Wednesday 23rd December- this is the perfect little Christmas earner!
