The room has a double bed, a closet and draws. Rent is 420£ per month only, plus bills but you don’t have to add up too much (50-60£ approximately), one month deposit is required.
The household, very nice and bright, consist of 2 floors: a cosy lounge and kitchen upstairs with tidy bathroom and 3 bedrooms downstairs. High speed internet available.
You will share the house with two friendly and reliable italian guys in their late twenties.
The location is great, Mazenod Avenue in Kilburn, which is a quiet and safe area, 1min walk away from all the loads of shops and bars that Kilburn High road offers, including Primark, Sainsburys, Argos and so on...
Moreover we are:
5min walk from west hampsted tube station (jubilee line);
5min walk from kilburn park station (bakerloo line);
5min walk from kilburn high road overground;
1min walk to kilburn high road and all the bus routes that pass through there.
Finchely Road (1 stop on jubilee line from west hampsted or 15min walk) has metropolitan line and O2 centre with walkabout/vue cinema and plenty of restaurants.
