Exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses with a strong committment to Palliative Care.

One of London’s most prestigious Hospices requires Staff Nurses for their In-Patient Unit based in North West London. It is in a lovely setting with excellent transport links and off street free parking. The Hospice is an independent charity which provides free care to all through their in-patient unit, day care and community (hospice at home) service. Catering for the needs of people with advanced, progressive illnesses, which addresses their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs thus enhancing their quality of life and supporting their families and carers.

The successful applicants will be highly organised, professional and able to demonstrate clinical expertise. Ideally you will be an experienced Nurse preferably with Oncology/Palliative Care experience with a current UK NMC registration. However recently qualified nurses may be considered if they show exceptional promise.

The Registered Nurse is accountable and responsible for delivering a holistic approach to patient centred care, which is of an excellent standard and meets the needs of individual patients.

Ideally you will have excellent communication skills, a minimum of 12 months experience, and be able to demonstrate a high level of clinical knowledge. You will be motivated and confident interacting with patients and families independently
