Chef De Partie to work in the staff restaurant of a 4* hotel in the West End of London area. Duties include:

• To organise mis-en-place production and its service
• To prepare the food in the canteen to the required standards and within the canteen budget
• To give tasks to the assistants and check that they are carried out in a correct manner.
• To ensure that the canteen is prepared for each service.
• To keep the area clean and tidy.
• To attend any training session as required
• To be fully conversant with the hotel and fire emergency procedures
• To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.
• To know and follow the Health & Safety at Work Act

The ideal applicant will have the opportunity to work in one of the most prestige hotel establishments in London where the food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards possible

Monday to Friday
7am to 3pm , 8am to 4 pm
17,500 per annum
