Just watched the great detective for the umpteenth time and had a moment of clarity.- Columbo is one badass Granted he always gets his killer but he sucks them in and mentally destroys them before waving them off with a smile to the clink a psychological beaten wreck, - much more evil than a bullet to the head. Makes me disturbingly wonder why I really like Columbo, he makes Cracker look a right pussy and Lector look a clumsy oaf. This has been staple mainstream TV for decades!- Is the analogy here that you can fuck with someones head as you please and that's OK?
I thought I'd post this ad here as it seems there are plenty of us who share the Crumpled Cops outlook.
