We have a significant leadership and career opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and develop our Auckland retail team. Reporting to our Just Jeans Sales Manager, you will be responsible for almost 40% of the Just Jeans NZ business and have the support of a strong local operational platform, including VM, HR, and loss prevention. This opportunity is an obvious choice for a high performing Regional who wants to continue to develop their retail career back in NZ.
To thrive in this role, you must have:
• A track record of sales performance in a competitive retail
environment, having previous multi-site management experience
• Strong merchant skills and commercial acumen
• Outstanding leadership capability with clear potential for growth
• High energy levels and an operating style to motivate and develop
your team in a fun, high volume, performance driven environment.
