Hello all.
I have a double room for rent in the lovely area of mill hill, looking for male or female who is easy going and clean.
loads of nice country pubs around and a nice area to.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is turned into a study, 1 could be yours and the other is mine.
The bedroom for rent is a double bed, with double glazing and an extra slide window for more insulation, all furniture is included unless you have your own.
kitchen is decent size, with washing machine.
bathroom is very modern.
I have a decent size lounge and a decent size dinning room, so theres loads of space, direct access to the backyard from the dinning room.
If you have a car even better, there is a drive way.
All and all its a cute little house, quiet and safe neighbourhood, double glazing so heats up brilliantley in the winter and cool in the summer.
