Client Services Coordinator with ScheduALL experience for media technology business in Zone 1

Client Services Co-ordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Client Services Co-ordinator to join a dynamic media technology company working in the digital television sector.
Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with international and UK clients
Taking and organising bookings
Scheduling and progressing jobs
Resolving job priorities
Preparing contracts and ensuring client reports are completed
Collecting job information and finalising charges
Troubleshooting client problems
Working with technical staff and resolving issues
Supporting the business manager
Liaising with the finance team over client billing and payments
There is a major emphasis on direct interaction with management and the duties outlined above are not exhaustive.
Applicants should be self-starters with previous experience in a technical environment and should be used to dealing with clients.
Hands-on experience of using the ScheduALL system for job-scheduling is essential for this role.
