Live In or Out Head Chef required for a Hotel in Kew Gardens South West London
We are looking to hire a Head Chef who will either live in or live out. This position is for either a Sous Chef with at least 1-2 years experience or a Head Chef.
The position is full time in a Hotel in Kew Gardens/TW9 South West London. Please only apply if you are able to travel or live in. The understanding of GP's, Health and Safety, Food Stock and the basics of a Food Stock Package is essential. Salary is depending on Experience with Bonus Potential. The Menu is a British Menu which will be able to be turned into a Unique menu in the future.
We are looking for a friendly person, proactive, diligent, good with figures and who is a good leader. The restaurant/Pub serves 60 covers, the function room serves 60 covers and outside can serve up to 40 covers.
Breakfast service starts from 7am and food is served till 10pm at night.
