Located on the right wing of the house it has a good view over West Wickham valley and benefits from a private hallway. The rest of the house is very spacious and pretty quiet, other residents are proffesional full timers and very chilled out, clean & respectful. Living room and garden are shared. Very large kitchen with Neff appliances & dining area, excellent wireless network, all bills included.
Note: This is a smoking house (in rooms) but not a dirty house.
Current housemate's 4 guys and 1 girl, female prefered to keep a good balance in the house, house remains clean and tidy and very peaceful. 7 mins walk from Hayes station, 7 mins to Bromley South via bus, you can be in central London in 35 minutes and come home to quite woodland surroundings! House backs on to West Wickham common with miles of woodland and park.
