Payroll Executive : Advertising Firm : 6 mnth contract £26,000-28,000 pa Temp to Perm )

Our client is an international Marketing/Advertising agency based in the heart of the City who are actively looking to recruit for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator for the next 6 months. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following duties:

Working with HR and finance taking ownership for delivery of monthly payroll process for the company
Updating current data relating to salary and benefits
Accurate and timely administration of all employee benefits
Dealing with salary related queries
Ownership of the BUPA reconciliation process
Administration of annual P11d's
Maintaining all pension related information
Managing twice monthly expenses process
Build relations with European HR team and assist with all salary related issues
Ad hoc HR/Finance reporting as required.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication/interpersonal skills, and have substantial experience within payroll administration, and experience of company benefits, experience with previous HR information systems useful
