They now have an urgent requirement for an individual to take responsibility for Year One on the Foundation Degree in Early Years as well as acting as Course Director for at least one other designated childcare course.
Undertake the necessary preparation for teaching, keeping up to date with curriculum development in subject area
To advise, guide and interview prospective students to ensure they enrol on the programme of study most appropriate for them
To maintain high levels of student retention, achievement and satisfaction in addition to monitoring, evaluating and reporting on student progression
To undertake formal assessment, to national standards, for the purposes of external accreditation.
To participate and where appropriate, take a lead role in the new developments designed to enhance student access, learning and progression.
