My partner Ross and I (Mel) are looking for a flat share with one other couple or individual from the end of Jan/ beginning of Feb 2010 until the end of the yr, as the lease on our current properties will be up and we are looking at moving elsewhere in Clapham and close to the tube or station.

ABOUT US:
What can i say...umm....
I am an Aussie girl, Ross is British, both mid 20s and business professionals working in Paddington.
We pretty much get along very well and easily with everyone we meet! love genuine company and chilled out conversation if you feel up to it. we're easy going, never leave a mess and love to cook and have a laugh.
We travel, enjoy our fitness and love a lazy day at home to rest and relax.

One thing in particular that we...i should say Ross requires...is a good, clean bathroom....hopefully there is 2 bathrooms in the place so you wont need to go through the pain that im use to having to get Ross out of the shower!

Our budget is between £150-200 a week – all bills inclusive, double room, furnished and a comfortable place to call home for a year.
